We analyse current expenditure, procurement processes, and supplier relationships to identify opportunities for cost reduction, improved efficiency, and better budget management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>We conduct an analysis<\/strong> of procurement categories, review existing suppliers, identify alternative solutions, and prepare recommendations to achieve more favourable purchasing conditions for medical and non-medical materials and services. We support facilities in preparing and conducting negotiations, optimising commercial terms, centralising procurement, and implementing effective purchasing solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We also provide support in supplier contract management \u2013 from reviewing and negotiating contractual terms to the periodic assessment of existing cooperation conditions.
