For the Orpea Group (Emeis), full equipment of three projects on the investor’s side: Nursing homes  – ANTONINA Residence Healthcare Centre, DĄBRÓWKA Residence Healthcare and MIĘDZYLESIE a Rehabilitation Clinic in Warsaw.

Their scope included full equipment projects:

  • preparation of comprehensive equipment specification,
  • establishing with the participants of the investment project the requirements for tenders for the selection of subcontractors (medical and non-medical furniture, kitchens, medical and non-medical equipment, decorative elements and small equipment for the opening of centers) and their implementation,
  • investment project management in the field of fit-out, including coordination with all participants of the investment process, quality control, schedule and budget,
  • coordination of finishing works, final acceptance and financial summary of the project.



For the Enel-Med Medical Centre, a project on full equipment of Szpital Centrum in Warsaw, specialising in orthopaedics, spine and general surgery, as well as a project on the equipment of 10 medical institutions.

While working with the Adecco Group and Manpower, projects on opening several dozen branches in Poland.

Their scope included fit-out projects:

  • comprehensive arrangement of office space,
  • the process of determining surface requirements with the manager of the branch and suppliers,
  • selection of suppliers: ergonomic furniture, advertising banners, office equipment, etc.,
  • on- site visit and supervision of the implementation of projects in cooperation with architects and local real estate owners,
  • adaptation of projects to locally binding property requirements, often under supervision of a monument conservator.
